Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

These timeframes are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, or periods of high activity (holidays, promotions, etc.).
Transport and shipping
Products are shipped via selected logistics partners, in collaboration with recognised carriers.
The shipping method is chosen to ensure a good balance between reliability, tracking and reasonable timeframes.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and the contents of the order.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your parcel.
Parcel not received or damaged
If your parcel has not been received or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at the address
