Welcome to Swiss LifeBox! The terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Trendton SARL, operating the Swiss LifeBox brand. Trendton SARL operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalised shopping experience (hereinafter the "Services"). Swiss LifeBox is a shop powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The General Terms and Conditions below, together with all related policies (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you give us your consent to allow any minor dependants in your care to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, and information relating to billing, payment and shipping. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, up to date and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities on your account. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, assign or grant your account to another person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We have endeavoured to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online shops. However, the colours or appearance of products may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you are using.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products will meet your expectations or will be the same as described in our online shops.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities offered to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Trendton SARL reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Trendton SARL has confirmed its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or domestic use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise indicated, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling charges, or customs or import duties.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our shops.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss are transferred to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all registered trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, as well as their design and layout, are the property of Trendton SARL, its affiliates or its licensors and are protected by applicable patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms authorise you to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are acting as a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days to exercise your right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product. Where your order covers several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by email) to the following address: contact@swiss-lifebox.ch
You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard method we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will process the refund using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; this refund will not incur any charges for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof of its dispatch, whichever is the earlier.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access to third-party customer tools provided as part of the Services, which we do not monitor and over which we have no control or influence. We provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. Any use of these tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites. If you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Swiss LifeBox is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, the sales and purchases you make in our shop are conducted directly with Trendton SARL. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Trendton SARL.
SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. As the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information regarding your access to the Services in order to provide and improve them.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews or other content (collectively referred to as "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback on any medium and for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
We have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of your Feedback, to pay any compensation, or to respond to it. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we consider unlawful, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without notice.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The services and all products offered through the services are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind. We do not guarantee that your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Trendton SARL, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the services or any product obtained through the services.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trendton SARL, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your access to the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice to you.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, where Trendton SARL has its registered office.
SECTION 23 – HEADINGS
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates on our website. Continuing to use the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
